Carpenter

$90/Man hour

ONSITE CONSULTATION FEE

$250

  • $250.00 up to 2 hrs which is fully credited toward any future work.  Additional time billed at $110 per hour.

Design fee

$110/Hour

Additions typically fall in the $250-$400 per square foot numbers. This is highly dependent upon interior and exterior finishes.
